A really long vacation and a small fire = MIA

It’s been a long time….I had every intention of writing, I swear. I have tons of excuses, and all of them are good ones.

  • I took a really long vacation
  • There was a 6 hour time difference
  • I hate writing on a tablet as opposed to my laptop
  • Technical issues
  • I was having too much fun
  • Although it was vacation, I was busy (or sleeping or drinking)
  • My kids
  • Hyatt Diamond
  • Tons of swimming
  • Snorkeling with sea turtles
  • Shave Ice
  • Sunsets
  • A treehouse in a fern forest with no internet connection
  • Hiking
  • 6 different plane flights
  • 6 different accommodations
  • The biggest hotel I’ve ever seen
  • My in-laws
  • The Space Needle
  • A Nintendo fest
  • Trying to exercise
  • Jetlag
  • A small grease fire when we got home
  • Discharging an entire fire extinguisher into the house
  • Cleaning up for days on end
  • Getting ready for Summer Vacation Part 2

The good news……tons of new content for the blog coming up. And no one got hurt.
